Get a decrypted .3ds of the demo.
Download ctrtool.
Give it these 2 commands:
ctrtool -x --romfs=dec_romfs.bin sm_demo.3ds
ctrtool.exe -t romfs --romfsdir=./romfs dec_romfs.bin

Download Every File Explorer
Open the files in the data/sound folder you extracted
Save them to another format
done
