Whatever happened to there being multiple bird lines in a gen like Tailow and Wingull?

I like it!

Toucan are naturally otherworldly, so you don't need to over-design them in order to make them fit into a universe like Pokemon.

It's going to be fast and strong with Skill Link. It's going to be a solid bro mon.

Am I the only one who thought the transition between Pikipek and Toucan Sam was a little jarring? The second evo makes it look like they're going for a Stork or Secretary Bird.
