Does Lurantis have eyes like Flygon?

I.E. What appear to be big bug eyes are actually just covers for its real eyes.

Of course it does. Lurantis is more of a "bug cosplayer" than an actual bug. Which is why the "goggles" adds realism/plays a big part to the design.
