So far I have:

Rowlet: Ludwig (the composer)

Vikavolt: Voltron (why not)

LuchaLitten: Baron Geddon (Fire related Warcraft character.)

Kommo-o: Draconis (an old skyrim character)

Perfect Zygarde: The Mountain (? Having trouble with this one)
