Anyways, maybe Sap Sipper, I know it's a weird one but it's possible. If it wants to be a piece of shit it can take Water Veil or if it wants to actually have a purpose in life it can have Volt Absorb for some bliss.Maybe Quick Feet or Tangled Feet, perhaps Rain Dish too.
I think what we're in best case scenario looking at is; Rain Dish/Volt Absorb, HA: Sap Sipper.
