Based on the trailer, we see Ash interact with Litten (stomp its tail), but not the other two. Seeing as Lana is one of the main girls, and she's water type, Popplio might be hers. The same could be said for Rowlett and Mallow, but we've seen her shouldermon already. Hiding a Rowlett would be a bit silly.

Either it will be Rowlett, or he'll somehow get all three.

The leak and trailers make it seem as though Ash will have more of a connection with it or it will be his ace.
