Actually Sun Moon have only 71 New Pokemon . Less than XY .
1. You can't count Alola form , It's just a new form
2. You can't count Ultra Beast . It's not a Pokemon . Even you can catch Ultra Beast it don't have number on Normal Pokedex . So it isn't Pokemon
3. That tiny before Solgalio and Lunala is just tiny form of them . Not a pre evolution or new Pokemon .
4. No new fossil Pokemon
5. Only one new ice type (Yeti crab) , alola vulpix and sandshrew is just a new form
