Hilbert/Hilda and Nate/Rosa are interesting, since they are two different People. Nate/Rosa is a clear upgrade from Hilbert/Hilda, since the BW pair don't have access to tutor movesets, the B2W2 pair win in a straight slugfest. Still, no megas, no fairies. The introduction of Hidden Abilities though, mean that they have an edge over trainers gen4 and below.
Finally, Calem/Serena... actually don't fare TOO well. They have access to megas and fairies, so that's a positive, but the lack of Tutor moves (Remember, no Z-version), means that in a straight slugfest, they most likely lose out to Brendan/May.
So, tl;dr (Using male names since this comment is already too long):
Brendan > Calem > Nate > Hilbert > Gold = Lucas > Red*
*Red using Gen 1 jank might be able to gimmick himself to a better placement, but sheer lack of options in Generation 1 makes this dubious at best.
