Might want to take Zygarde / Lunaala / Solgaleo off that list
UBs might be banned, they look pretty powerful

With that out of the way, I think Oranguru is gonna be great, Tsareena / Bruxish are gonna be very useful for priority-blocking

Tapu Koko + Alolan Raichu and the Psychic/Fairy Tapu are gonna be really good

Psychic Terrain teams in general are gonna be really good

Oranguru cores will be busted. Clefable will be t1 to counter all the dragons on the list. 1-2 of the koko's will be genies 2.0 and will be on everyones team. Someone will bring a suicide frostlass set in nationals

This might not be the whole roster, as there could be more catchable pokemon in the postgame that would still be legal.

Oranguru gimmick teams won't do well- countered by fake out, taunt, stronger pokemon.

The Tapus will most then likely be a must on all teams, especially Squid Tapu. Since Sableye and Talonflame are in the dex and priority is there main gimmick, Psychic Terrain will for sure shut them down and also stop Sucker Punch shenanigans since Hunchcrow is also there. Electric Terrain will be good as well cause Morellul's evo will be this gen's Amoonguss with Spore and Smeargle over there.

About the rest, we will see.
