Vikavolt isn't a railgun.
It's a taser/wire stripper.
Railguns use electromagnetism to launch projectiles, like Golem.
Vikavolt strips wires, feeds off of electricity, and then shoots electricity at things.

Golem's mod isn't a rail gun... It doesn't even look like one.

Rail guns don't have electric nodes like Golem's mod does, they have RAILS, and a rail gun would have to be extremely long in order to propel a projectile of that mass.

It's a tazer.
