I have been an artist doing commissions some years ago, and it >usually< was very heartless furry art (even though I don't really marketed myself as "furry artist"). "Draw this doing that", no real characteristics.
nowadays they just slap "transgender" on their characters, and thats it.

With what kind of threads would you replace them, what discussions would you prefer?
Aren't we a fandom of sentient animals, too, and some people just want to go somewhere and share that?
