That's a step in the right direction. Hope Smeargle is next to be nerfed and Gen 6 Pokémon are not allowed anywhere outside Battle Spot, so people just won't transfer those cancerous mons next year

Smeargle is already going to be nerfed with Tapu Koko.

We did get a new terrain called Psychic Terrain though. That's probably the pink Tapu's ability.

every team having to use tapu koko is not a nerf anon. a nerf would be not allowing smeargle to use dark void at all, like what happens with they hyperspace move.

Leech Life being a TM now probably means it got a buff to bring it up to Giga Drain and Drain Punch's level.

It is a nerf, since they put another tool there to deter sleep-inducing since that's the main problem, not really Smeargle itself.

We have Safety Goggles for powder moves i.e. Spore, and we just got that in Gen VI. They're taking away from its use as a sleep-inducer while still leaving it as an option to make use of some other utility you may need.
