I've had several male Meganiums too, none of them female
(I liked to call them Sunburst). Never bothered me. You could say I might have gotten used to it, but despite the flower thing, it never struck me that much as a female. I look at it in a similar way as the Oddish line even.
Gen 3 didn't look like it had feminine starters, but it wasn't hard for me to see them as female given the chance.
Gen 4 had rougher/mean looks into them as well although if I were given a female of either of them, I guess I wouldn't mind.
Gen 5 had Emboar, but knowing how female boars are actually bigger than males, it didn't strike me as odd and the fire mane was really just fire to me. Snivy line always struck me more as regal looking, imposing even, always see them in a king/queen sort of way. Samurott quite stood out, but then I remembered
bur whiskers otters have them
we can't forget Samurott had that infamous sea lion inspiration too so it looks more like a giant otter/sea lion hybrid, more on the giant otter side rather than sea lion
6th gen didn't strike me that inclined either, Chesnaught mostly looks bulky because of the knight-like armor. Greninja just looked like a ninja frog. Asides from Braixen who looks just slightly and even that's barely anything to give a shit about, people like to mention the "skirt" detail, but despite everyone clamoring it as girly, I just see those tufts of fur and just go "that's fur", the Fennekin line seems pretty neutral looking for me, definitely wouldn't mind it go either way.
Rowlett3 looks pretty damn neutral (the one that looks the most like it), the tiger has this slightly unnerving edge on it specifically looking quite muscled and more like a man, although I can't say I'm not unaware of female wrestlers. I happen to have had wrestling influence in my childhood although I'm not that into it any longer.
I might have been fine with Poppmaid, but something about it just doesn't feel right to me.
