I always liked that 4th gen had these guys roaming around. If you had to make a gimmick trainer other than by type, what would their theme be? What about their team?

I think it'd be fun to have a set of stat ailment "experts." Sleep, Paralysis, Burn, Freeze, and Poison. (or maybe Confusion since Poison overlaps with the type)
