There is only 1 town, the one you start in, which is nothing but 40 gyms and battle frontiers connected by a battle subway and battle bus stops, and your character can also just freely swing around with a hookshot. All wild pokemon are female gijinkas with Max EVS, IVS, and all egg moves. There is no money, only BP which is accepted by move tutors and shops.

Maybe if it was specifically Greece and based heavily on Greek mythology and feature Pokemon based on such creatures like dryads, centaurs, satyrs, and various gods and legends like Apollo, Heracles, and Zeus, that would be bomb

I'd say add Italy in there for Roman stuff but I think Italy deserves its own region. Imagine the comfiness of that

I love Italy so an Italian region would be 10/10 if executed both faithfully and originally like Alola and Hawaii

There are some honest to god GREAT artist over on Deviant Art who stick to the "old school" stylization of Pokemon and add in the new stuff for the younger generation.
I'm not talking about the edgy rainbow colored Furry shit ether. There's one South American artist who does some great work, they should just hire that mother fucker.

I haven't seen his work in about seven years or so, they do it in color pencil and use a Pokeball like shape to put the name and number of them. I rememmber them being really good, simple, designs but got the point across

Maybe I'll apply to Game Freak after I graduate college, just to see if I could have a shot at creating Pokemon... maybe some of my fakes could become real.
