Atk: 130
Def: 100
SP. Atk: 70
SP. Def: 80
Spd: 70

If it is really the Gyarados of this gen then I figure it'd have a similar BST, around 540

I can see it being a slow but bulky physical attacker

i like idea of arena trap/stakeout so that it can either keep the opponent from "wimping out" or punish it for doing so
