That being said. I wouldn't be opposed to a more immersive STORY battle system (not competitive) where certain Pokes are restricted from use in areas where they couldn't battle. No birds in caves, no fish on land, no fire Pokes on the water, no bugs or plants on the lava mountain, no giants inside a small building, etc.
