I got to around 1900 something on AG before getting bored. I can safely say that people have zero consistent strategy here. That Accelgor was built specifically to deal with a Deoxys. If they had faced anything else, that Accelgor would basically be dead weight.

Yeah, Deoxys Attack maybe.

And again, that Accelgor is entirely built to deal with one specific Pokemon. It's like running AV Skuntank to deal with Greninja, only worse because Deoxys-S isn't used nearly as much in AG as Greninja was.

It's not strategy. It's overpreparing and overspecializing for one specific scenario.

You can have 6 of the same pokemon.
Theres nothing stopping you from just making a team of 6 arceus.
