If the pics from the data-mine is complete then it does not evolve.

but this pic from the data-mine shows black squares next to Mimikkyu and others.

maybe and evolved from with a collapse costume secondary form.

this is just speculation by my part though.

The black boxes are probably for the most part placeholders for the totems, who don't actually appear in the pokédex. Then Mimikyu would be a totem, with a collapsed costume like its regular form. We already know there's a ghost captain, and it's not like there are many ghost lines this gen.

Not gonna lie, it'd probably be creepy running into a Mimikyu for the first time. Since they hate the sun it'd probably be night time and seeing this 'pikachu' that looks off would probably give ya a good scare.
