As far as litten's stats go, it looks like this thing is a Naive nature, it's unlikely it's SpD is naturally that low and its Spe naturally that high at such a low level.
Calcing back litten's rough stat spread showed me its stats are funky non-5 multiple numbers, which greatly displeases me. Oh well.

Which is unfortunately an actually pretty bad stat spread. Not strong enough to deal real damage, not fast enough to really outspeed anything, and not bulky enough to tank that many hits.
