Tbh Colress should return. Lusamine, Gladion and Lillie are screaming being his kid and it would make sense especially given Lusamine and Lillie being nerdy in some way (CEO of a Tech Company and the other an observant bookworm)
Plus same eye color, same hair hair color, same lanky body shape though that kinda fits most pokepeople, but also the fact green, red/pink and yellow are see at Aether corp yet not blue, which is associated with Colress and possibly are ties to his time at Team Plasma
ALSO given the fact he did visit Kalos, which has some ties to both Unova and Alola, wanting to make pokemon stronger are a stronger pokemon over all (didn't he make Genesect, which literally is what Silvally is with the drives or memory disks and ability to not only change a move but type? I mean seriously it's so obvious it would be stupid for them not to include Colress when a lot of people liked him.)
