Fly now has 100% accuracy
Leech Life now has 75 base power
Dig now has 90 base power
Psychic terrain boosts the psychic moves of Pokemon on the ground, as well as preventing confusion and attraction
New rock-type dragon tail equivalent called Repellerock.
New dark-type TM called Turncloak. It's basically U-Turn.
