Either too over detailed, not related to design idea, not ridiculous or serious enough, or nothing unique that sets apart and makes you say "wow. this is cool looking."

Personally, it should go back to a metamorphosis idea like Trapinch to Vibrava, turning it into a little bit of some other pokemon.

I've seen an idea that consisted of making a bulkier, more specially inclined mega with Quiver Dance.

I like the idea of a specially attacking Quiver Dance Ground/Dragon, it would be cool to play with.
But I don't think it fits Flygon at all.

Seriously. All these spreads are ridiculous in the OP. +30 Attack, +50 Sp Attack, and +20 Speed is the way to go, with a Sandstorm setup for doubles already in place, along with Sand Rush as the ability. Mofo would be taking down niggas left and right.

Heard Mega is in the game but not main plot-related so I'm game if they want to away with this Mega Evolution from Kalos. Hopefully next Gen there will be no more Megas. Heck, even in this Gen, there isn't any new Mega forms.

It's sad, really, that Flygon didn't get Mega but I am glad that it preserved its beauty of being just a Pokemon. Not involved in that Mega shitfest.

The dex has Garchomp that is objectively superior in every way. Go with Garchomp. You can also mega-evolve it in the post-game. You can't mega evolve Flygon
