Doubtful. Well, it's somewhat unclear in Lillie's case, as UB-01 is explicitly mentioned to shapeshift, but the others may very well just base their appearance on either specific humans or cultural artifacts from the Pokemon universe.

I think they have to "connect" to someone to reach our dimension but when they connect to humans they copy some of them caratteristics.

That's a pretty stupid theory

UB-01 looks like Lillie but then again Ub-01 is specifically said to be a shapeshifter, so she might simply taken a liking to Lillie and defined that as the default shape

The other comparison are far too far-fetched speciallly the ones linking Gladion to Absorption

Maybe they do transform, but it's some sort of imposter situation.

"Lusamine" is trying to bring Ultra Beasts into our world but then you find a room with a tied up Lusamine, telling you to not trust that deceptive being.
