Going with derp seal now that it's officially the only starter who will instantly enter OU. Provided it gets a decent hidden ability, it might end up as BL.

nah mate. smogon only bans """"unfun"""" sweepers and stuff. shit like poplio 3 will most certainly be broken as fuck, but because it helps out stalling and taking 300 turns a match, smogon won't ban it, and instead will ban sweepers that are easily countered because they are too stupid to adapt to anything other than clicking toxic and a healing move every other turn.

Nah, that'd be disappointing. 60% burn on Scald, yes, very neat. But it won't have a STAB movepool that really utilizes Serene Grace; no paralyze or flinch would just be lackluster.

Pixilate, and access to Hyper Voice, would make it anti substall, and hit shit hard as fuck even with less than amazing offensive stats.

Throat Chop is a Dark-type move right? Sounds really dirty tactic to me, fitting the Heel-style Luchalitten.

Aurora Veil is sounds very broken and fits Poppliomaid is looking to be the fan favourite for the Metagame.

So basically Lock-On but stronger? Fits a Archer like Robinhoot perfectly.

Nothing from the material we've been given implies that it's a guaranteed hit. Popplio's dual screen attack says that it's a dual screen, Laser Focus just says guaranteed critical hit.
