Solrock and Lunatone don't get Draco Meteor, and no it won't get Meteor Mash because it's a punching move.

The only reason Gastly and Wooper learn punching moves is because their evolutions do.

As for Rock type moves, really only Power Gem and maybe ancient power seem to make sense, aside rollout

Nothing aside from Peck for flying comes to mind. Maybe Bounce. Sky Attack if someone at game freak had a seizure while designing the moveset.

I can see it getting thunder wave too, for some reason

Listen, this little fucker is my favorite gen 7 design

But let's not kid ourselves, it won't be good. Maybe not horrible but most likely not good. It getting power gem will fit right in. Fucking Corsola learns it.
