I always saw the evil team images with the shitty logos and not having everything and it was always annoying so I did this up with better quality stuff and everything arranged. Anyways.

Unpopular Opinion: I actually think re-formed Team Rocket is one of the best teams, as their plan actually succeeded 100% and only failed because Giovanni never bothered to return. But Archer successfully sold Slowpoke Tails for money, got the scientists to make a signal to control, evolve and torture pokemon, tested it out at Lake of Rage, and then leave to Goldenrod to broadcast it for their own personal army, and was ONLY stopped because Giovanni decided to just not return.

Same with Team Galactic. Cyrus only failed because Giratina stopped him, and you couldnt stop him yourself.
