The markings near UBS Mouth is like zygardes chest markings, it has hexagonal patterns, they both have a similar style head, the UBS appendages are near where zygardes wings and appendages are, it also has the face chest like Zygarde, also both agonies do the same thing, the black turns white and the yellow to orange while zygardes green goes to a teal, it also explains the missing pokedex slot next to Zygarde dog, and the second item Zygarde had from the datamine because remember he has two

I thought it was Ash-Greninja at first but looking at the intro again it's obvious it can't be. Kukui is way too low in the frame for Greninja to just come from above and the camera not pan down when it lands. Obviously the focus of the shot is much larger than a simple Greninja.

Note that I'm not opposed to the idea of Ash appearing ingame, it's just that if it has a unique intro, it's not this one.

But UBS are from a different dimension, also if you look at Zygarde he represents AZ, the UB represents Hala, Zygarde is in alola, either he has a UB form and disguises himself as a Pokémon is unknown, perhaps the aether foundation wanted to bring Zygarde back to a primal state, a state of being a UB but Idk, another thing to look at is the missing dex entry next to Zygarde in the alola dex along with the fact Zygarde has two items
