A built in Roar/Whirlwind/Dragon Tail would also shake up the metagame a lot, but in a good way....hopefully...

Opposite of Wimp Out would be scares away opponent after getting them below 50% HP.

I could also see it getting Pursuit on its attacks but without the bonus damage.
