What the hell is "Sparkling Aria" supposed to be used for? Its a damaging move that heals burns?

Is that useful in ANY situation unless my teammate has water absorb? wont water absorb just cancel out the healing effect? Isnt heal bell more useful in that case?

It will depend on the base power of the attack, if it has low base power and it is more focus on being a support move, this move is totally useless, you should use heal bell instead.

If it has a high base power, then healing the burn is just its drawback, like SpA droping after a draco meteor.

Presumably it works like Smellingsalt and Wake-up Slap and can be combined with Scald to do bonus damage.
