It's pretty clear from the dex order. Little baby thing, cocoon middle stage that incorporated elements of both box legends, then the box legends. They also said they wanted to do something different with the box legends this time, and it's not the phases, the Gen V box legends had things like that.

Guys, it's at the end of the dex a spot only reserved for pseudo's, trios, legendaries, and mythics. Either it's the true pseudo and they scrubbed out it's final form for some reason, it evolves into the main legendaries, or it's a baby form of them like Phione.

Regardless it's definitely not normal.

Then aliens showed up.
