I didn't mind too much when the villain had an interesting stand. But then there were still the occasional 2 episodes dedicated to one boring stand.

Still upset that we didn't get young Joseph in the Alessi part

You know, it's the best written part until Part 7, mostly because Part 2 wasn't about chalenging the enemy of the week. Caesar sucks, but it doesn't make part 2 bad. It's literally a story from 90's style.
