My guess is he traveled the world and realized battling isn't cruel but a way to strengthen the bond between human and pokemon. That may be common knowledge in the Pokemon world but N needed to learn it himself based on how he was raised.

Actually, anon, Game Freak isn't releasing a game at all. The final product will be all the trailers they've shown this far and the demo. It will be a barebones menu with the Alola map as the background and links to all the trailers. That's it.

Best part is how reoccuring the character cast is, between 3 characters.

Cynthia has been in a total of 9 games. this makes it 11.
Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Black, White, Black 2, White 2

FUCK. Red and Blue have been in 12 games, this making it 14.
Red, Green/Blue, Yellow/special addition , Gold, Silver, FireRed, LeafGreen, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Black2, White 2

There is so much Gen 1 and Gen 4 Pandering, it isn't even funny.

They are doing it for the nostalgia now.

Are we sure that the number 186 is not refering to the number of trainers that exist overall SM, not just the classes ?
I mean, I can't imagine that game freak did modelised almost 200 trainers, that sounds a lot
