>>29485307You're better off with RMXP games (most famously Pokemon Insurgence because it had, the last time I checked, scripts for all basically all of the new abilities implemented) because the ability of hacks to give new abilities/moves is quite limited and moreover some end up having to take out Pokemon to put new ones in like Light Platinum.
