Why the fuck would you want to heal burns? I don't understand. Am I missing something??

At first I thought it was a support move but then the trailer made it seems like it has decent to high base power. I hope it's a Smellingsalts deal where it hits harder if it heals the burn, but that should have been in the description.

Maybe it can hit both opponents in doubles and can potentially shutdown flame orb.
Or if you make a Water team in doubles you could use it to heal water absorb Pokemon

It's a burn version of Smellingsalts and Wake-up Slap. Since it's a signature move it's probably going to be higher power , so it might be good

I think that it's going to get a good set of supporting moves and probably recovery if that's its signature move, which is pretty good, it has a good typing for a cleric.

I think it's just a worthless move that no one is gonna use over Scald/Surf. I mean if it is useless it isn't like you are forced to use it, and Primarina may have a decent movepool with it being water/fairy.

It is most likely going to be this. Combined with Scald or Will-o-Wisp in doubles will probably be pretty good. Guessing it will be over 60BP too. Probably 75.

I really like this Scald + burn heal concept.

It's an incredibly powerful move, but instead of being balanced by shitty accuracy or a two-turn charge limitation, it's proc'd by Scald.

The most spammable water-type move ever that screws over entire teams with burns now gives you access to a fucking tsunami nuke attack.

If Primarina is a bulky Water/Fairy that gets that dual screens move, and possibly Pixilate Hyper Voice, I could see it being a dominating force in OU.

Situational doubles use, I guess.
It's not like any of the sig moves are fantastic. Honestly, I'd rather have something be very rarely very pivotal in doubles than stuff that's not useful whatsoever, as they're just normal offensive moves with little quirks, like Incin/Decid.

1. nobody who runs guts uses flame orb, they use toxic orb
2. even if they did run flame orb, if you cure the burn it gets re-inflicted at the end of every turn
