Fortunately, Sneak does wreck Gengar, Starmie, Zam, and other really fast and physically frail Psychics and Ghosts. The mere possibility of Will-o-Wisp would make this way harder to switchin against. If it's working 111 Speed / 120+ Attack and only wastes 60 stat points in SpA with a good movepool I'd say it's UU minimum.
