Ending: Protagonist wears magma suit to travel to Rayquaza. Protagonist could not have received the suit without Maxie's aid. Rayquaza can't have been around without the megastones (implied Zinnia's canonical existence).
Proposition: Maxie is alive indicating that Timeline 1 is canon, Archie's status is unknown (probably alive due to the outcome of Timeline 1) and Zinnia is ideal material for an interfering timetraveller/worldhopper.
