It's not ever going to see OU unless it has obscene base stats like 150 SAtk and 130 speed. Even then it might still be stuck in UU because there are thousands of frail, speedy special attacking electric types and the only unique thing Vikavolt has is a cool design.

The ground immunity is pretty huge though.
And it's a fucking railgun, of course it's going to have massive SpAtk.
I could see something like 70/80/40/130/60/120

9-Volt with Eviolite seems like it'll be a good tank. Not competitive-level tank, but the main game ought to be a cakewalk anyways.
