I tried thinking of why the fuck they didn't do it and the only thing i came up with was "OH IT LEARNS HOW TO BE BOTH A GHOST/FIRE AND A FIRE DANCER" and that just sounds fucking retarded as most of the time, pokemon stay the same typing except when an item is involved, and even then it retains ONE OF THE BASE FORMS TYPING
