Even if DS games are backwards compatible, I can see why you would have to use the Poke Bank in order to transfer Gen V Pokemon over to Gen VI, but that's not the case for Gen VII, it runs on the same system as Gen VI, and there's no reason why I have to use the Poke Bank to trade, other than because they want you to purchase the Pokemon service. They sure as hell had no issues letting you transfer Gen I to Gen II via game. And then the fact that I have o wait till January for them to even patch it? That just makes me want to leave this title alone.
