I fail to see why someone being glad there is an option to change the cycle in-game in Moon without any time inconsistencies trigger you so much. It's the most convenient option by far.

Game Freak aren't the most competent developers. The only way to play through challenge mode in BW2 is to have a friend who already beat Black 2 to completion. I could see having a fucked day/night system being a permanent "feature" in Moon, and Game Freak will just tell you
