But really I could see Top Bull teams being a niche thing while Top Fin is like an anti-Terrain for non-Terrain teams. Also non-Terrain teams can have more Ground-immune mons.

I doubt it. They don't have synergy with each other due to one removing the other's terrain, unlike Thundurus and Landorus-T.

That's true but since they're all Fairy I'm sure they wouldn't like doing that when your opponent has Metagross or something. Metagross will be very prominent due to whooping other Tapus and also benefiting from Psychic Terrain.

I mean I guess I could see Kek+Fin, but even then that can't dominate thanks to Bull.
