Swap its Special Attack with its Special Defense.
Take 10-15 from its Defense and put them in Speed.

Honestly this.

I used to feel he wasn't very good since the special defense and speed wasn't great. Then I started to look into it, and honestly once you get his hidden ability, head smash, and dragon dance, he turns into a monster.

It needs a buff in its defenses. Also autotomize might help as with good speed it would wreck shit. No guard is a good ability but unfortunately it doesn't have much that let's it abuse. Iron fist is okay with ghost punch, ice punch, and dynamic punch but nothing special. Maybe anew physical ghost move would help.

Shadow Punch and Iron Fist both need buffs imo. Iron Fist shouldn't be inferior to stuff like Tough Claws when the demands for it are much more rigid.
