The terrains are really only bonuses to the real threat: They're 580 BST Pokemon excellent Fairy dual typing. Clefable is among the best Pokemon in the game and its monotype Fairy at 483 BST. The Tapus will be meta changers because they're just something we don't have yet.

Trick-Specs Gengar handles it pretty well, as does Nidoking/queen (Run Thunderbolt for Skarm) and Magnezone (use HP Ground, some people already do if your team needs a trapper but you have other answers to Ferrothorn)

This right here is going to be a main threat in next year's OU.

Ice Beam shits on Skarm and Bulu, Iron Head wrecks the fairies. Earth Power kills Heatran and maybe Tapu-Koko if your dumb opponent thinks Koko can switch in. Fini is the only one that might be hard to deal with, but you can just pack something else along that can switch in and cause trouble for it, like Ferrothorn.

Koko is really the only thing on there that can revenge Kyurem. Again, though, Ferrothorn probably hoses Koko.

CB Rhyperior 2hkos Skarmory with stone edge, lo SD Garchomp with poison jab/Fireblast can nuke these guys, zard Y fireblast and focus blast. Spdef Talonflame breaks 4 of these and forces switches on two.

Specs Latios, banded Ttar and lo Excadrill can break this team effortlessly, in addition CB Weavile shits on all of the Pokémon bar skarmory wich is dead on the switch vs non ice punch variants if it's spdef skarmory making tapu fini the only reliable switch in.

It's a curse lax scenario, none of those Pokémon can break through Gliscor except Tapu Fini, if tapu fini goes down or is weakened a sd+1 Gliscor finishes the game skarmory can only phase him but if there is only one Pokémon left and it is Gliscor, it's game over for that team.

Name one Pokémon able to break Clefable, Mega Slowbro, Skarmory, Landorus T, Quagsire, Tangrowth and Zapdos on the switch.

Rhyperior does this without fear of thunder wave. 140 atk CB and 150 BP neutral stonequake is really good and I don't know why people don't catch up on it.

The terrains already boost their STAB moves by 50% unless Gamefreak balances that out (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA) with either shit movepools or low BST then they are very likely to deal some decent damage even without boosts.

The only people "sleeping on Rhyperior" are random anons.

Rhyp has seen tour play on Smogon. It's ok. Its biggest weakness is that it's relatively easy to outplay, as most defensive mons can wall 2 or 3 of your 4 moves, putting tremendoues pressure on the Rhyp player to win guesses that are extremely out of their favor to win. That's why Rhyp isn't OU or slept on or whatever- It's too easy to outplay.

Can't argue that, but the pay out of guessing that first stone edge or earthquake is massive and enough for some stall teams to forfeit, even without SR on Rhyperior has a 91% chance of 2hkoing skarmory.

The real peril lies on multiple ground immunities plus tangrowth/quagsire where EQ actually becomes a 50/50.

Prediction heavy doesn't mean bad, look at Hoopa U, that's the epitome of "barely any prediction at all" wallbreaker, Rhyperior is balanced by opportunity cost.
