Maybe? If they were ashamed, why didn't they cut the toucan? The mid evo doesn't even look that bad. They could have just left it as a two stager, like Noctowl and Swellow.

After how great Talonflame was, I fully convinced myself that Pikipek's final evo would be nothing but great. I'm so disappointed. It was my favourite Gen 7 Pokemon before everything got leaked.
