In the games, they're pretty small. Perhaps bigger than the rest of the protags until Rosa, but they're not huge by any means. May is 12, compared to the rest of the Gen 1-4 protags who were 10/11. OR/AS, her most recent (and now canon) design, has them at pretty standard size for a girl her age. Small little bumps.
