Results also depend on your search history (yes, Google always does that).
"Pokémon SM" gives me no results of that kind except for a few images. "Pokémon S&M" has some more (and that one Reddit post that uses the abbreviation "S&M" is in the very first results, demonstrating that pretty much nobody calls it like that) but again, it's not a problem.
Parental control stuff is dumb, if you don't want them to find porn you have to constantly monitor them while they use the internet (which is also dumb), otherwise they ARE going to find it regardless of whatever you might do.
