It's my favorite because it has a sleek design, is a Dragon, has a noticeable capability for intelligence and understanding given it's Psychic, and has a wonderful color scheme.
I liked it before I even got into competitive playing, so it was cool to find out that it was consistently a good mon (at least in Singles). But like I said, I don't use it, since it feels like a 5-6 game if the opponent has a Tyranitar.
