look at it this way, if the carts do have the seed then you're all set with the predownload and if they don't have the seed you'll still have to download the cart dump anyway. the only thing you lose is whatever bandwidth you used for the pre download

Literally no reason to do this.

The seed will only surface when the games are actually released digitally and no sooner.
The .cia dump from cart will 100% leak before the game comes out officially and it will not carry a seed because they never do.
