When it comes to NPC designs, do you tend to like gym leaders / elite four members or all the ordinary trainers you battle more?

gym leaders and E4 members specifically have more work put into their designs to make them more unique and memorable, so it would be weird if they weren't more popular... the only generic trainers that really stand out to me are certain ace trainer designs and hex maniacs.
